The Minor Basilica of the Holy Child of Cebu, also known as Basilica del Santo Niño, is the oldest Roman Catholic church in the Philippines. It houses the revered statue of the Santo Niño (Holy Child), a significant religious icon for Filipino Catholics, presented by Ferdinand Magellan in 1521. The basilica is an important pilgrimage site and a focal point during the annual Sinulog Festival, celebrating Cebu's patron saint.
